If a public holiday falls on a class day and the class is not running, you will not be charged for this.
Families are entitled to make up missed classes during the course of their block by attending an alternative class.
Notification of absence must be made prior to the normal class to be eligible.
Trial Package
Our $48 trial package offers you and your toddler, 2 classes to discover what Toddler Sense is all about.
If you decide to continue thereafter, you will need to reenrol within 24hrs to secure the space for the remainder of the term.
- I'm returning to work during the term, could I just sign up for the first few weeks?
YES! Of course. We offer custom terms to our families returning to work as we know how precious those last few weeks of maternity/paternity leave are. We want you to enjoy every last second of this special time with your little one before the next stage of your lives together begins. We recommend booking the class of your choice so that you don't miss out on a place and then emailing us the date you would like your classes to finish, so that they can customise your booking and arrange your refund.
- I'm going on holiday for 4-5-6+ weeks, can I still join for the Term?
YES! Of course. We know how tricky balancing life in Australia with long visits 'home' can be. We recommend booking the class you want to join and then emailing us with the dates (4+ consecutive weeks) you will be missing so that we can customise your term and arrange your refund.
- I'm going on holiday for 1-2-3 weeks, what are my options?
Families are able to utilise our flexible make up options which include either sending a friend along to the class you are missing in your place or joining another class at any point during the term. Lots of options are available to make sure you aren't missing any of the magic.
If you've booked your space and things change, contact us to see if we can offer an alternative class as changes happen frequently.
Assuming the term hasn't yet started, we can always refund you if nothing suits so it's far better to be in the system than to risk losing out entirely.
If things change during the term, let us know as soon as possible so we can try and source an alternative for you. We may have other parents looking to swap and if things really don't work, we can offer a credit voucher for any remaining classes
- Do you do sibling discounts?
Absolutely! If you have twins enrolling into the same class or have other children enrolling into Baby Sensory, we offer 50% off the 2nd enrolment or Buy 2 get 1 free on 3 enrolments. Simply enrol one child and then contact us to enrol a sibling and we'll apply the discount!
Please note, babies can attend for free with a sibling in a carrier/capsule (sibling rates apply when they start participating)
- Can I pay in instalments?
YES! Of course. We completely understand that cash flow while on family leave can be stretched. We recommend starting a booking in your preferred class and when you get to the checkout don't enter any payment details. Instead, close out of that booking and drop us an email and we can help organise a payment plan
Age Ranges
Our classes predominantly run in 3 age ranges that are based on your child's age at the point of starting. The age ranges are just a guide and focus more on developmental level than actual age:
12-20m- Young Toddlers who are over 12 months. They may be crawling or walking and benefit from being with other toddlers at a similar age and stage
13m-2y- Typically confident toddlers who are happy with a more varied age range. Walking is not a prerequisite but is benificial.
18m-3.5y- Older Toddlers who are confident movers and climbers and typically have a higher level of language understanding +/or expression.
