Classes run on select days from our Ballajura venue. They book out quickly so early booking is recommended.
If you are unable to find a class that suits, please join our waitlist and we will contact you if availability comes up.
Term Blocks
Toddler Sense classes operate on a Term-by-Term basis, aligned with school terms. A 10-week term is $240 and any bookings made later in the term are prorated accordingly.
If a public holiday falls on a class day, the term length or cost may be adjusted accordingly to ensure that you do not miss out!
Trial Package
Our $49 trial package offers you and your toddler, 2 classes to discover what Toddler Sense is all about.
Trial places are released in classes that still have space once the term commences. If you decide to continue thereafter, you will need to re-enroll within 24hrs to secure the space for the remainder of the term.
Sibling Discount
For families with more than one child attending a class (in Baby Sensory or Toddler Sense) a reduced rate will be offered. This includes 50% off the second child or, where 3 children are present, we offer a Buy 2 - Get One Free deal.
Payments options
Payment is made online, by card, at the time of booking.
Payment plans are available but can only be organised via email upon manual booking.
Age Ranges
Our classes predominantly run in three age ranges that are based on your child's age at the start of term. The age ranges are just a guide and focus more on developmental level than actual age:
12-20m Young Toddlers who are over 12 months. They may be crawling or walking and benefit from being with other toddlers at a similar age and stage.
13m-2y Typically confident toddlers who are happy with a more varied age range. Walking is not a prerequisite but is beneficial.
18m-3.5y Older Toddlers who are confident movers and climbers and typically have a higher level of language understanding +/or expression.
Class Absences, Illness and Make-up classes
If you or your child/ren appear to have any symptoms of illness/sickness such as fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, or a persistent discharge from nose eyes or ears, kindly rest up at home and book into a make-up class via email.
We offer 2 make-up classes per term to account for absences. While we appreciate that things happen last minute, letting us know help us to adapt activities according to class numbers if necessary.
As an alternative, you are welcome to ‘gift’the class to a friend if time permits arrangements but please discuss this with your class leader first. Make-up classes must be completed in the same term and are subject availability. Missed classes cannot be deducted from fees in future terms.
In the event of staff absence, we will endeavour to ensure your class continues to run with a different class leader. However, in the event that this is not possible, we may offer an alternative day/time.

TRIALS only open for booking 2 weeks after a new term starts to allow current/waitlisted parents to secure the full term first. They remain open as long as spaces remain
